Nia is operated by Clement Akomaye Ada. This policy explains the information used by Nia’s private web and WhatsApp assistant and this public information website. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions.

Information Nia uses

Why information is processed

Nia uses this information to understand requests, find and summarise content, prepare replies, perform approved actions, deliver reminders and briefings, keep conversational context and protect the service. Connecting an account is optional. You can choose not to use a feature that needs that account.

AI and service providers

Relevant requests, conversation context and content needed for a task may be sent to OpenAI’s API to interpret requests, transcribe voice notes or generate responses. Cloudflare and OpenAI hosting services support the website, application, storage and delivery. Meta handles WhatsApp and enabled Meta integrations; Google handles connected Gmail and Calendar access. These providers may process data outside your country under their applicable terms and safeguards.

Data is shared with providers as needed to deliver these features, and with recipients you choose when you approve sending content. Nia does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or training general-purpose AI models.

Google data: Limited Use

Nia’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used for the user-facing features you request. Human access is limited to your permission for specific assistance, necessary security investigations, or legal requirements, consistent with that policy.

Storage and security

Nia uses authenticated access to its private workspace and stores Google connection credentials encrypted. No system can guarantee complete security. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or other information that is unnecessary for your task.

Saved files remain until you delete them. Preferences, messages, drafts and action records may remain during private testing so Nia can provide context, track delivery and prevent duplicate actions. A single automatic deletion period has not yet been established for all records. Disconnecting a provider stops future access through that connection but does not by itself erase previously stored content.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can remove the Google connection in Nia and revoke access through your Google Account connections. Use Nia’s saved-file controls to delete saved files. For access, correction, export or deletion of other stored personal information, email the support address above. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you. Records required for security or legal reasons, and provider backups, may be subject to separate retention requirements.

This public website

These information pages do not include advertising, analytics scripts or a registration form. Following a link to the private workspace or contacting us by email uses the relevant service’s own systems.

Changes and questions

This policy will be updated as Nia develops. Material changes to data use will be communicated before they apply where required. Nia is currently in private testing; public availability and provider approval are not claimed by this website.
